being raised that giving back is the key to life, we provide quality foods that are not only nourishing for the body, but also to the community. we shop nearby farmers markets, local businesses and support small farms to give back. every platter, table and box is unique to what's fresh and in season.
AL FRESKO also pledges to donate a portion of all proceeds to Corazon de Vida, a local non profit that helps children and orphanages in northern Baja, Mexico.

Jenny, the creator and founder of AL FRESKO Experience is an avid surfer, coffee lover and adventure traveler.
When she is not creating abundant farm to table charcuterie spreads you can find her down in Mexico chasing sunsets and swell.
after traveling and living abroad in Bali and Byron Bay where the Australian ‘grazing’ sensation was started, Jenny returned to her seaside home of San Diego, California.
the transition from Texas to California and all the travels in-between have shown her so much more value in not only feeding, but nourishing the body, and that instinctive human need for connection. it has always been her passion to bring people together over a good meal or gazing table and the idea that it is now her purpose in life is incredible.
growing up, Jenny was always intrigued by food and the kitchen was always a bonding place for her and the family. after losing all of her grandparents to cancer and disease, Jenny made it her mission to study nutrition and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to further her knowledge and use that information to help educate others on the importance of eating real food, from the earth.
her deep love for hosting, cooking and creating abundant spreads has given her the opportunity to travel the world and do what she is truly passionate about. with more than 17 years in the hospitality world, she has gained experience in every sector of the service industry including restaurants, catering, wine sales and retreats.
Jenny says there is nothing more magical than following that thing that makes your heart beat a little faster, the thing that may start as purely a thought. she encourages everyone to explore and listen to those internal inklings because that may be the most rewarding thing you ever do.
